Information Extraction Service (IES) for SAP® solutions automates information capture to improve data quality for better processes and deeper insights. It is the successor of “Invoice Capture Center for SAP Solutions” and “Business Center Capture for SAP Solutions”.
IES is able to combine machine learning with the invoice knowledge base which will dramatically improve recognition quality. It also is able to learn complex table structures allowing much higher automation rates due to better data. The third important feature is the ease of setup: All configuration of IES is maintained and stored in SAP. This simplifies the digitalization of processes because all work is done coordinately in one place – partially even through key users rather than the IT team. In summary: Customers benefit from a more agile approach to capture.
