OpenText partner REVA Solutions was a finalist in the inaugural OpenText Documentum Smart View SDK Challenge with their product, “Documentum Smart View for ServiceNow.” The solution allows Documentum and ServiceNow customers to use a single interface to manage the content required for service requests of any kind. Whether requesting internal corporate business services such as HR, legal, or procurement, or managing external customer service through ServiceNow, all documents associated with the case are managed and secured by Documentum.
